I slept for five straight hours! I haven’t slept for five straight hours in a couple of years and back when I used to sleep, five hours was all I required. I woke up feeling refreshed and rested. Amazing!
I then spent all weekend falling asleep at a normal time and waking up feeling like a new person. I didn’t stare at the ceiling for hours or contemplate about the next day. I laid down and fell asleep. That alone is worth the money I spent on neurofeedback!
I'm a little over halfway through and I'm already seeing drastic changes. Absolutely amazing!
